Yadboro Private Camping

Imagine a retreat nestled on the stunning Clyde River, with an incredible amount of river frontage.
This unique property sits between the iconic peaks of Pigeon House Mountain, Byangee Walls, and The Castle, with the Budawang Wilderness Area as your backyard. It's the perfect base camp for anyone looking to explore the natural beauty of Morton National Park.
This property is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Spend your days paddling, fishing, or simply listening to the diverse birdlife. If you prefer to unwind, you can simply soak in the peaceful energy of this remote location.
Please be aware of the following:
The drive to the property is an adventure in itself. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour from Milton or the beginning of Wheelbarrow Road and Monkey Mountain Road. The route from the Kings Highway's Western Distributor is a similar length. A significant portion of this drive is on a dirt road, which can be challenging in wet weather.
The journey is worth it, however, as you'll be rewarded with natural beauty upon arrival.
There's no cell reception at the property. The closest spot to get a signal is at Pigeon House Mountain.
In case of an emergency, the caretaker has Starlink to help contact medical authorities or family.
